The Water Fall 

This photograph is showing the water before it runs onto the road, but it has already run through a kitchen and dining area before it erodes the garden and road reserve. This property and its neighbour’s was first set aside as a drainage reserve. The engineers changed the plans, their signature was enough to persuade Council staff to approve the change. The ‘Rubber Stamp Gang’ scream ‘time waster’, and ‘Buyer Beware’. Should we deny responsibility? The engineer who signed the plans now lives in an overseas country. Is it time wasting to try and prevent these things from happening again. Read the following pages and it will become evident that they are, and ratepayers will be unfortunately left with the Bill to rectify these enormous problems. All in the cause of assisting and keeping friendly with developers.
