1st December 2005, second flood in a week, Shire Engineer takes photographs, (man in white very wet shirt) and explains to the neighbours why their houses are being flooded. “Its all working to plan”, he says, protecting the Developers, the Construction Company and the Council Engineers who approved of the underground Storm water pipes that were to small to divert the creek.
